About Us

Public Services is a wine and whisky bar located in the historic Houston Cotton Exchange Building in downtown Houston and is a landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Local architect Eugene Heiner designed the building in 1884. We specialize in an international selection of hard to find wines and whiskies. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and unpretentious, friendly service staff. We offer wine, beer, and whisky classes, public and private tastings, and events throughout the year.
